Shea trees are the backbone of many rural economies in Northern Ghana. Yet for years, environmental pressures and poor harvesting practices threatened their survival.
Communities are now taking action. Through environmental awareness and climate-smart initiatives supported by DFWC, local farmers are protecting the natural resources that sustain their livelihoods.
